Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount — check our current promotions for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
