Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards and EFT.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at nuvellababysupport@gmail.com if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. Our store uses secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your card details.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery within South Africa takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery takes 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Check our current promotions for the latest threshold.
Do you ship internationally?
We only currently ship within South Africa.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
